Seen on a Walk through Campus

The weather is just a wee bit cool, the sky is clear, the air is crisp. I had a good class today (we started talking about fanfiction.net, which wasn't entirely what I'd planned, and it was exciting) and I'm glad that I'm wearing pants with pockets today.



A riot of color made me take this photo. It's November 3 in Jackson, MS, and everywhere I look things are still green and growing.

I was stroking sweaters in a shop today; I love to knit them, but I don't think I'll have quite the same need here as I even did when I lived in N. Georgia!

It's 61 here at the moment. We're a wee bit behind you guys! LOL.

That'd be pretty hot for us right now, haha! Oh geez, I've tried knitting before...I could barely make a bookmark. You need loads of patience for it! (And a steady hand)

Oh, you'd be surprised about knitting! My first piece was atrocious, but 6 years later I'm knitting all sorts of things. Took loads of practice.
