A horribly edited screed against the lack of sane moderation on lj_nanowrimo which is causing a deluge of "look how many words I wrote today" posts clogging the tubes of my flist. *

I'm at ~300 words so far today. I'm about to settle in for a skosh of writing. I won't be spamming the world with my count; that's what the NaNo site is for.

*This, of course, is not the actual novel I'm writing. I'm actually writing a pretentious and self-indulgent novel based on a sonnet by Edna St. Vincent Millay. Srsly.
