The Dangers of Re-Viewing

Last night I decided that I would revisit Hilary and Jackie this morning while Steve was at work. I haven't watched in years, and I've only seen it once before, but I had such a strong emotional memory of it that I purchased it shortly after. I'm about 20 minutes in and I realize now that I'd forgotten much of the beginning of the film, but knowing where it's going is breaking my heart already.
