It's good to be home. I have a cup of tea at the ready, TNT is showing The Lord of the Rings trilogy (we're in the middle now), and I've got 3 days of posts to get through, a couple of stories to type up (wahoo), and some notes for my work project. Unfortunately, Steve left the laptop he's been using behind (at his Atlanta digs), so we've got to sort out what's wrong with one of our desktops (both of them decided to protest the move to MS and have developed various ailments) sooner rather than later. Off to dig up the box containing the system disks for my Vaio...

I saw that too, and almost stayed with Spike, but I had to switch back to TNT...of course, I've just found out that they're not showing Return, so I'm a bit disappointed...

I had no idea that this was on tonight. But now I find that I can't turn away from TNT.

Computer problems solved--well, one of them at least. Steve managed to get his hard drive rebuilt (I think that's what he had to do), so he's back where he was when this all started. My desktop is in need of a complete overhaul, but I've got to find the systems disks first, which, I'm afraid, is going to require that I actually finish unpacking...

Unpacking is evil. I moved five years ago, and I still come across random boxes that were never unpacked...

There's a box here that I've moved 3 times. It's labeled "Very Important Papers." It has never been opened.

I'm afraid to open it. I don't remember what's in it. I think I'll keep it closed forever; there's a story in that box!
