Horton Hears a Who! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horton_Hears_a_Who!) is a book by Dr. Seuss (big US children's author) and was recently a film (which I don't think did very well).
Yes, I knew it was a Seuss book - I just meant I wasn't familiar with the book since I've never read any Seuss (he's not so popular over here as over there).
