Apropos of Nothing

• I came home to find...nothing. The kitties were all in their respective corners and no one came out to greet me or grumpus about not having an entirely full bowl of food. The hubby is at work. I think they've finally sorted out that I'm not touching them for a reason.



• I did find Mercury, the fattest and most mercurial, engaging the kitchen rug in what I can only see as a Very Loving embrace. It was very weird. I am laughing about how weird it was as I type this and wondering whether I should have taken photos for hubby.



• I love Law & Order. I hope I can see the UK version to see how well it translates.



• I miss BBC America. I can't wait until we can get it added to our cable package.



• In a related matter, I hate Comcast Cable. What do you mean I don't get BBC America as standard with the digital box?



• We should be able to purchase cable tv subscriptions on a channel-by-channel basis.
