It's a nice local amusement. Steve wants me to google the club, but I'm enjoying the mystery a bit too much. Toss this club in with a nearby empty lot where a house clearly once stood--and appears to have been neatly removed--and I'm starting to brew up a reason for the TARDIS to find its way to the Deep South.
